Dani Dyer, a former Love Island star and Strictly Come Dancing participant, has shared a candid confession about her experience on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins. In a new video, she revealed that the intense Channel 4 show was 'the hardest experience of her life'.
The reality TV star, who is competing on the British team alongside Love Island's Gabby Allen and social media personalities Jack Joseph and Cole Anderson-James, described the challenge as one that pushed her to her limits physically and mentally. She also mentioned that she was running on little sleep after being 'up all night' with her young children.
Despite the difficulty, Dyer expressed her desire to go back and do it all again, with more confidence and determination. She said, 'I’d like to go back and do it all again. It’s one of those things I’d like to do again and be a lot more headstrong and a lot more…not a wimp!'
The show, which sees celebrities attempting a modified version of SAS training, has been deemed the most brutal ever, with many famous faces struggling in the intense heat of north Africa. Dyer, however, surprised Chief instructor Mark 'Billy' Billingham with her resilience and determination, despite initially lacking confidence and belief in herself.
